The Caller.pk service
Caller.pk provides phone number lookup, public business information, verified business phone associations and moderated community reports for users in Pakistan.
By accessing or using Caller.pk, you agree to use the service lawfully and consistently with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Caller information is contextual
Caller.pk is intended to provide useful context about phone numbers. Information may come from verified businesses, public business details, moderated user submissions and factual platform records.
A number appearing on Caller.pk does not by itself establish the identity, ownership, intent or legal status of every person who may use that number. Users should consider the information as one part of their own decision-making.

Community reports
Users may submit reports describing their own experiences with a phone number. Reports may be reviewed before publication and may be rejected, disputed or removed.
If you submit a report, you are responsible for making it truthful, relevant and based on a genuine experience. Do not present speculation as fact.
Do not knowingly submit false or misleading allegations.
Do not impersonate another person or business.
Do not publish CNIC numbers, passwords, banking credentials, home addresses or other sensitive personal information.
Do not use reports for harassment, extortion, retaliation, spam or unlawful purposes.
Reports are user experiences
A published community report is not a legal determination that a person or business has committed fraud, a crime or other wrongdoing.

Business profiles and verification
Businesses may submit information and evidence to request Caller.pk verification. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information and for having authority to represent the submitted business.
Caller.pk Verified means Caller.pk reviewed the business and its association with the displayed phone number. It is not an endorsement, warranty, financial guarantee or promise that every transaction with that business will be safe or satisfactory.
Verification may be refused, suspended or removed if information becomes inaccurate, misleading, unverifiable or inconsistent with Caller.pk policies.

Acceptable use
You may use Caller.pk for legitimate lookup, research, business verification and reporting purposes. You must not interfere with the service or use it to harm other people.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or moderation controls.
Do not scrape, copy or systematically collect Caller.pk content in a way that disrupts the service or violates applicable law.
Do not use Caller.pk to dox, stalk, threaten or harass another person.
Do not submit malware, automated spam or content designed to interfere with Caller.pk.
Do not falsely claim Caller.pk verification or misuse Caller.pk branding.

Moderation, disputes and removal
Caller.pk may review, approve, reject, dispute, limit, correct, suspend or remove content when we reasonably believe doing so protects accuracy, privacy, users, businesses or the integrity of the service.
A person or business who believes information is inaccurate or inappropriate may contact Caller.pk and provide relevant context or evidence. A request does not guarantee removal, but it may be reviewed under our moderation process.

Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining control of your Caller.pk account and for activity performed through it. Do not share account credentials or use another person's account without permission.
Caller.pk may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address abuse, security risk, misleading activity or violations of these terms.

Availability and changes to the service
Caller.pk may change, improve, restrict or discontinue features as the service develops. Temporary downtime, errors or incomplete information may occur.
We do not guarantee that every Pakistani phone number will have a result, that all information will always be current, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Decisions and liability
Caller.pk provides informational context. Users remain responsible for decisions such as answering a call, returning a call, making a payment, entering into a transaction or relying on information associated with a number or business.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caller.pk is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on user-submitted content, incomplete information, service interruptions or dealings between users and third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes, governing rules and contact
These terms may be updated as Caller.pk develops. The updated date at the top of this page will change when material revisions are published.
These terms are intended to operate under laws applicable in Pakistan. Any mandatory legal rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
