Using Caller.pk
These terms govern the Caller.pk Android app and website. Use Caller.pk lawfully and only if you can agree to these terms under applicable law. If you cannot agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Caller.pk provides public caller context, Pakistani number lookup, private blocking, Saved features, contributor profiles and moderated scam/community information. Features can differ by device, account and platform. Sign-in is required for the current Android experience; some website information is publicly accessible.

Identity is not a safety guarantee
Listings can originate from public directories, users, owners and verification processes. A displayed identity is an association in our records, not proof of the person actually making a particular call. Numbers can be spoofed, reassigned, shared or incorrectly associated.
A verified badge concerns the relevant identity/phone verification, not honesty, professional licensing, financial reliability or safety. Directory-sourced and unverified listings are not endorsements. Reputation reports and scam stories remain separate from identity verification.
Unknown means no eligible identity was resolved; it does not mean safe. Unavailable means a result could not be obtained. Cached data may be out of date. Verify important claims independently, especially before sharing information or sending money.

Caller ID and private protection
Caller ID depends on supported Android behavior, permissions, device settings, call information and connectivity. Visibility over a locked screen or Phone interface is not guaranteed on every device. Battery restrictions and network failures can prevent or delay results.
Your OEM Phone remains responsible for call controls. Private blocking uses your choices, not a promise to block every scam call. Reported status does not automatically mean a call is blocked. Caller.pk is not an emergency service or a substitute for your bank, telecom provider, law enforcement or professional advice.
You control whether to grant permissions and display caller ID. Network use may incur your provider's charges. Do not use Caller.pk while driving or in another unsafe situation.

Accounts and public profiles
Keep your account credentials secure and do not use someone else's account without permission. Provide accurate account information and do not impersonate a person, business or public authority.
You control eligible contributor visibility and whether a story is posted anonymously or with your public username. Anonymous public attribution does not conceal misuse from platform moderation. Likes and contribution metrics are community activity, not certification, payment or a guarantee of trustworthiness.
Use in-app account deletion where supported, or contact us for assistance. Retention of approved public contributions and treatment of local data are described in the Privacy Policy.

Sharing reports and scam stories
Submit concise, relevant information you honestly believe is accurate. Distinguish your experience from assumptions and avoid presenting unproven accusations as established facts. Include only public-facing indicators relevant to the incident.
Do not submit CNICs, private home addresses, passwords, OTPs, financial credentials, unrelated private chats or private personal records. Do not harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, publish revenge accusations, flood duplicates or manipulate likes and contributor metrics.
You retain rights you have in your submissions. By submitting, you give Caller.pk permission to store, format, moderate and display eligible content and linked indicators to operate the service. You must have the necessary rights to provide the content. This permission does not authorize unrelated use of private information.
Submissions are not instantly published. Approval is a moderation decision, not a finding of criminal guilt or a guarantee that every statement is true. Scam stories do not automatically change authoritative number reputation.

Moderation, corrections and disputes
Caller.pk may hold, reject, edit for safety, hide or remove content; limit submissions; or restrict accounts to address abuse, inaccuracies, privacy concerns or legal requirements. We may retain appropriate moderation and security records.
Use the story flag action or https://caller.pk/contact to report misleading information, misuse or an incorrect identity association. Include enough non-sensitive context for review. A request does not guarantee publication or removal, and emergency or financial disputes should also be raised with the relevant authority or provider.

Responsible access
Do not attempt to access private data, bypass security or rate limits, enumerate phone numbers at scale, disrupt services, distribute malware or use Caller.pk to enable fraud or surveillance.
Do not exploit a public endpoint as permission for unrestricted bulk extraction. Contact Caller.pk before automated bulk access or reuse. Community-linked websites and profiles can be malicious; opening them is your decision and does not imply our approval.

Business and professional information
Owners and applicants must have authority to manage a listing and provide truthful evidence. Verification is limited to what Caller.pk reviewed and is not a universal endorsement. Do not imply Caller.pk has checked credentials or qualifications that it has not verified.
Published directory information may exist without a claimed account. A shared phone, website or brand does not establish that different branches or people are the same identity. Contact us to correct, challenge or request review of a listing.

Availability and responsibility
We work to provide a useful service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete coverage, instant resolution, accurate identification in every case or protection from every scam. Features and availability may change as the product develops.
You remain responsible for decisions about answering or returning calls, payments and dealings with third parties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caller.pk is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on incomplete, delayed or user-submitted information, service interruptions or third-party dealings. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact
These terms are intended to operate under laws applicable in Pakistan, without removing mandatory rights that apply to you. Material revisions will carry an updated date. The website carries the current published terms; the offline app copy reflects its bundled revision.
