Caller.pk is Pakistan's caller identity and phone-number reputation network. We exist to give everyday people better context around unfamiliar calls and messages, without turning uncertainty into an accusation or exposing someone's private identity.

A call about a delivery, a WhatsApp message asking for an advance payment, or someone claiming to represent your bank can leave you with the same question: who am I actually dealing with? In Pakistan, unfamiliar numbers are part of everyday life. Some belong to real businesses; others bring telemarketing, impersonation or suspected scam calls. The number alone rarely explains the difference.
Our mission is to reduce that uncertainty before you answer, call back, reply or send money. Caller.pk brings legitimate public and business identity information together with moderated community experiences. It is built first for the person receiving the call, whether they are a customer, a parent, a student or a business owner checking an unfamiliar contact.
HOW WE THINK ABOUT TRUST
Knowing who is associated with a number answers an important question, but it cannot guarantee every interaction. Verification should make identity clearer, not silence concerns. A verified business number can also have approved reports, and both facts deserve to be visible.
One person's experience can help the next person understand a number. That value depends on people describing what happened responsibly and on Caller.pk reviewing contributions before they affect public reputation. Reports provide community context, not legal findings; submitting one should not turn it into an automatic public accusation.
When we do not have enough information, we should say so. An unfamiliar number is not automatically suspicious, and an absence of reports does not establish safety. Invented confidence would make Caller.pk less useful. Our role is to give context, leaving people room to ask questions and check official channels.
The network grows through responsible contributions, recognizable business identities and careful moderation, not through public accusations.
PRIVACY IS A BOUNDARY
Caller identity should help people understand an interaction, not expose someone's private life. Caller.pk uses legitimate public and business information and moderated user-contributed context. It does not rely on leaked SIM ownership databases, CNIC databases, private telecom subscriber records, private home addresses or sensitive personal data to identify callers.
These boundaries are part of the product's purpose. A number lookup should never become a way to obtain someone's private subscriber identity. Our Privacy Policy explains how information provided to Caller.pk is handled.
BUSINESSES IN THE NETWORK
Legitimate businesses are an important part of this shared context. By verifying their official phone identity, they help customers recognize real numbers, find public channels and check claims made by someone using the business's name. This can make impersonation easier to spot without promising that verification prevents it.
Business verification complements the consumer mission: people should have a clearer starting point when deciding whom to contact or trust. It confirms business identity.
WHERE WE WANT TO GO
We want Caller.pk to become a trusted caller identity layer for Pakistan: a place people turn to before responding to an unfamiliar number, where businesses can establish an official phone identity and community experiences can help others make informed decisions. Its value should come from the quality of that context, not the volume of claims it collects.
Over time, our aim is to connect that understanding across number lookup on the web and real-time caller ID on Android. The same principles should travel with it: respect privacy, review reports responsibly, distinguish identity from reputation and be honest about what is not yet known. That is the kind of everyday public utility we want to build, one responsible contribution at a time.
