Sensitive report submission metadata is kept separate from public report content.

Businesses

Only published business profile information is intended for public display.

01

Information we handle

Caller.pk handles information that is needed to provide phone number lookup, business profiles, business verification, community reporting, account access and abuse prevention.

Phone numbers submitted for lookup, business verification or community reporting.

Business profile information such as business name, category, description, city, province, website and official social links.

Account information used for authentication, including email address and authentication records handled through Supabase Auth.

Community report category, description, submission time and moderation status.

Technical anti-abuse information used to limit repeated or abusive report submissions.

02

Business accounts and verification

Businesses can create an account and submit an application for manual verification. An application may include a business name, category, phone number, description, website, WhatsApp number, social links, city, province and evidence supporting the business and phone number association.

Verification evidence is used for review and is not intended to become part of the public business profile unless the same information is separately provided as public business information.

03

Community reports and anti-abuse data

Community reports contain the phone number being reported, a report category and a written description. Reports begin in a moderation state and are not automatically treated as public findings.

Caller.pk also keeps sensitive anti-abuse submission metadata separate from public report content. This can include hashed reporter and request fingerprint identifiers used for rate limiting, duplicate detection and platform abuse prevention.

Do not include sensitive personal information

Community reports should not contain CNIC numbers, home addresses, passwords, financial credentials or other sensitive personal data.

04

What can appear publicly

Caller.pk is a public directory. Information that is intended for public display can include published business profiles, verified business phone number associations, approved community reports and factual number reputation signals.

Draft, rejected or suspended business profiles are not intended for the public business directory.

Only verified business phone number associations are intended to be shown as verified.

Only appropriately moderated reports are intended to appear publicly.

Caller.pk does not intend to publish private telecom subscriber records, CNIC data or home addresses.

05

Service providers

Caller.pk uses third-party infrastructure to operate the service. Current providers include Supabase for database and authentication services, Netlify for application hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and security services, and Resend for authentication email delivery.

These providers may process technical or account information as necessary to provide their respective services and under their own terms and privacy practices.

06

Security and retention

Caller.pk uses technical and organizational controls intended to reduce unauthorized access and abuse. Public and private data are separated where appropriate, and access to administrative functions is restricted.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate the directory, maintain moderation history, prevent abuse, protect the service and meet legitimate operational or legal needs. Retention periods may differ by data type.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so Caller.pk cannot promise that every security incident can be prevented.

07

Your choices and corrections

Business account holders can keep their public business information accurate through their Caller.pk account. Caller.pk also maintains processes for moderation, disputes and correction of information where appropriate.

This policy may be updated as Caller.pk adds or changes features. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.

A dedicated Caller.pk contact page will provide the channel for privacy questions, corrections and other requests before the public launch.

Avoid CNIC numbers, home addresses, passwords, banking credentials and other sensitive personal information.
